More about the Event
"Strong management is essential to building effective, engaged, and sustainable nonprofit teams. As part of the Eleanor Ashby Beaches Series, this interactive session will explore the practical skills and mindsets that help managers lead with greater clarity, confidence, and accountability.
Participants will examine the behaviors of effective managers, common leadership pitfalls, and strategies for managing both up and down within an organization. The session will also cover delegation, employee development, building trust, and creating a personal plan for continued growth as a manager. Whether you are preparing for your first supervisory role, currently managing a team, or looking to strengthen your leadership approach, this program will provide practical tools that can be applied at any level.
