Tina Wirth

Tina Wirth has been working in the Economic Development and Nonprofit sectors for more than 20 years, including leadership roles at the Charleston Metro Chamber, JAX Chamber, and Duval County Public Schools. She has specialized in education and workforce development initiatives, launching the Earn Up talent collaborative in 2014 and in 2020, Charleston’s first talent demand study incorporating racial equity strategy. Her consultancy, Wirth Works LLC, has engaged with United Way of Northeast Florida, The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida, JASMYN, Duval County Public Schools, MyVillage Project and many others. She founded JAX Leaders & Allies in 2023 in response to attacks on the LGBTQ provider community revealed the need for a safe and neutral convener.
