In October 2022, NEFL non-profit leaders convened to discuss the impact of Anti-LGBTQ+ legislation on their organizations' ability to deliver essential programs and services to the LGBTQ+ community. The discussions also examined the implications for funding and explored strategies to support LGBTQ+ staff and volunteers within our organizations.
 

We represent a coalition of over 30 organizations in NEFL dedicated to ensuring the availability of accurate information and access to local, state, and national resources. Our aim is to support the provision of services and inclusive referrals for LGBTQ+ clients and populations. As a collective, we do not provide direct services but instead focus on being a reliable resource and a facilitator of community collaboration.
